Ben Grobler
I am the Internal Trainer and R&D Specialist at MiRO Distribution. It is my duty to ensure that our internal teams are well trained on all of our brands, products and technologies.
New products, potential products as well as new firmware releases come to the R&D department for extensive testing first before reaching our customers.
I started in Telecommunications in 2009 as a Wireless Installation Technician and climbed the ladder to Network Administrator and Linux Engineer. Since then I trained new technicians and after sales support technicians on Wireless installations, High-site installations, VoIP systems and installations and network configurations like;
- Mikrotik Routing
- OSFP
- BGP as well as all physical and virtual servers hosted in Teraco Datacentre.
