With this training you will be able to have certified specialist exams for “UC Solution”. Gain knowledge on how they work together, communicate, and collaborate. With UC Solution, you will learn how VoIP unified communications solution benefits a business and its users, find out how you can implement perfect UC solutions for small to medium businesses.

What you will receive:

The Grandstream Certified Professional UC Solution (GCP UC Solution) is Grandstream’s two-day of in-depth training with the hands-on experience on the Grandstream UCM platform followed by the certification exam on the last day.
What you need (provided in class):
- A MS Windows 8/10/11 laptop with full administrative rights, Ethernet port and Google Chrome browser
- 1 x UCM63xx module
- 2 x GRP or GXP phones, preferable with BLF
- “Gmail” and “GDMS” test account
- GS Affinity app
- Valid GCS Certificate
What you will receive:
- After successful completion of the course and obtaining the required pass mark for the online examination, you will receive an internationally recognised GCP certificate valid for 2 years.
